Heya
Just put together some of our clan logos, banners and wallpapers and made the available in our download section  Feel free to use the images for your own creations. I hope it's any useful for a few but I'm sure there is something for everyone, especially the members. Thanks again miszt for those nice images. Would be nice to see more

New U2XMP Master Server!

For all those who have given up on the old XMP (Expanded Multiplayer), there's now some little hope again  Some guys created a mod and a new master server so we can get a current server list again without any extra tools or editing ini files etc. If you are interested in it, head on over to the BeyondUnreal forums and read the following post:

Think it's great that some people put so much effort in a game only to try to keep it alive. I also just installed XMP again of course to test this out and it works fine here so far

UT2004 eS][CB iCTF Map Packs 1.0

Hey all
Since I've just finished our war server and uploaded the ClanBase iCTF 5on5 and 3on3 maps, I've also made 2 map packs out of them for those who want to play them also offline and/or want to avoid downloading it from our redirect server.
The CB iCTF 5on5 Map Pack 1.0 contains the latest official maps played on ClanBase UT2004 iCTF 5on5 ladder.
The maps included are optimized for iCTF games to meet best competition feeling possible.
Note that official ClanBase maps are NOT included within this map pack which are already part of an official map pack released or approved by Epic Games or already part of UT2004.

eS got a war arranger!

Heya
I'd like to proudly announce that the «eS][Clan» finally got its first war arranger, FMC. First I want to thank him for taking this pretty big responsibility and I'm sure that he is the right person for this task. I hope that he will feel comfortable with his new challenge and will provide decent arrangements with other clans in near future which I'm sure will happen
We are already in contact with a few clans and try to set something up so we can have some fun together and improve our team play. However, since quite a lot of members suffer from either hardware problems or just have a lot to do in private life, we aren't sure how frequently and how many members we can provide for some scrims but some of our members are defenately up for such events so we should be able to set something up with you.

We actually would have another war arranger who unfortunately had enough troubles at home that he won't be able to manage that task for the clan as of yet. Sea, our newest member, will hopefully be available as soon as possible so he can help out FMC. We would like to be able to assure that we have always someone available so you can have a talk with us and/or arrange something. Until then, I wish Sea all the best to get back on track ASAP and FMC a satisfying new task

Nuke Support entirely stopped

Hey all
Ok, I've decided to drop any Nuke related support which I've done so far on various sites since I had more troubles with it than anything else recently. Since this is based on fun and not payed, I need some joy doing it and that is completely gone. I'm sorry for those who were looking for some support but I won't provide anything anymore. Well, we never know, it might change again but not too soon I'm sure.
So, this means I will drop support for my scripts (unless it's needed or I want to work more on those things ) and staff positions on all the sites, I was working on. I want to have some more freedom and not only sitting in front of a PC anymore which is also one reason why I do this. Sorry to also disappoint all the webmasters where I was helping out but I think I'm not much of use anymore there as well. I want to focus on things which gives me joy and that is the clan I really liked what we have achieved the last weeks, I've never seen our clan so interested in changing things and I wa...

Redirect Server Problems

Heya
As you may have seen yourself, our redirect server isn't up since quite some time. For those who don't know what I'm talking about, the redirect server is storing all our files such as maps, mutators, staticmeshes, textures, sounds etc. for fast download. If you miss a file which you will need while playing on our servers, you will download the necessary file from the redirect server without the need to disconnect. Because we use a public redirect server, our servers suffer quite a lot if the redirect server is down. The hoster meant that it should have been up a while ago already. They were upgrading some hardware but so far it doesn't look that they could bring back the server yet.
I would create my own redirect server since that isn't a problem at all. Though, I don't do it because it uses a lot of bandwith which I cannot spend unfortunately so we need to live with it or find a better server.
Well, I hope it will be up and running soon again but as of yet, it doesn't work so sorry if you cann...

Well, internally the clan already decided to recruit Sea as a full member and I only want to confirm this officially with this news article
Actually, I wanted to say that to him on my own but since I was absent quite a bit the last few weeks, we didn't manage to meet each other recently.
Even though, we had some misunderstandings and troubles in the beginning, I think he managed to get integrated pretty well into our clan regarding his behaviours which I think was the reason why he now become full member. Congrats to your achievement, Sea
Sea will be a very well improvement for our clan regarding playing skills. He has a pretty impressive game style and I hope you will be able to improve that even more with all of us.
I hope you have found what you were looking for and that you will enjoy growing with our clan

News categories reorganised and new images

I just finished all the new categories for the news articles so they fit a bit better and make a bit more sense (well I hope ) I've moved all news article into the right category now and I think it's a lot better organised now.
The images took me some time but I think it's looking k
Feel free to submit news if you have anything which suits one of the categories. You can do that by either click on the link in the news drop down on the left navigation or you can go to the News Submission forum and simply start to post a new topic. Don't forget to use the right category which you can select just under the topic title otherwise the topic won't be published.
