Heya all
Yeah that's right. The «eS][Clan» is celebrating the first year of existence. As you may know, «eS][Clan» was founded today last year and I'm really happy to be able to announce this.
Most clans won't last the first year so that's defenately a milestone. I have seen so many clans be founded and after some months they had to close the clan again. The first year is usually the most troublesome year and I hope that's true  I think this is pretty the case in our clan too. We have members who I can trust, stayed a long time with our clan already and try to go on with us. This is an important base to develop the clan further. That's also why we have waited so long to play CW's etc. My plan before I founded «eS][Clan» was similar to this:
- 1. year = Building up the clan, practice, try to stay in the scene.
- 2. year = Get in touch with other nice clans (friendlies, CW's), improve clan organisational-wise and playing skill-wise, competitive matches
- 3. year = Mainly consentrate on the competitive aspect. And everything else we have build up during the last years of course.
Sure this might be too long for many people but I think this is a solid fundament so the clan actually gets a chance to live long. So far, we have reached the main goals I had in mind but I have seen that we can be much more efficient if we all want to. The last months were a bit, I call it calmed, we weren't that active and more dangerous was that the motivation decreased quite a bit but that's not something I never thought of and actually expected. Though, since the last few weeks I see a lot more going on here, not only because I have more time again but also because I think the members are a bit more motivated again which is nice to see  Well, lets prepare the second year then 
The last year was pretty troublesome but I think this made us also stronger and more experienced to be able to last a few more years I think it was important to give enough space for everyone first so we all see if we fit together, if we can work together etc. and I think we have done that very well
I want to thank all the members who are still with us, trying to give their best to improve our clan. Managing the clan is defenately an important aspect of the clan but without having members, this would be all useless. I want to thank those people who always try to motivate me to go on, give useful feedback and well just simply participate with us. I have seen a lot of nice things during this year such as recruiting nice members which became friends, producing maps and other addons and stay in contact with the community even if we haven't played that much recently. I will go on supporting also non eS members like we did in the past as good as I can. Of course, this also depends on the time I have available which isn't that much unfortunately but should be enough Or course, I also want to thank those people who stay regularly with us.
I hope you also had much satisfaction while being a member of our clan, even though I know it wasn't always like that but I hope it was usually like that. As far as I can see, I think people are fairly happy but starting to bug me about playing Friendlies and CW's Well, I think we all know what to do now.
I furthermore hope we can go on like that and even improve certain aspects of our clan to achieve what we what. Good luck
