Nuke Support entirely stopped
Topic PHP-Nuke - Stuff

Hey all
Ok, I've decided to drop any Nuke related support which I've done so far on various sites since I had more troubles with it than anything else recently. Since this is based on fun and not payed, I need some joy doing it and that is completely gone. I'm sorry for those who were looking for some support but I won't provide anything anymore. Well, we never know, it might change again but not too soon I'm sure.
So, this means I will drop support for my scripts (unless it's needed or I want to work more on those things ) and staff positions on all the sites, I was working on. I want to have some more freedom and not only sitting in front of a PC anymore which is also one reason why I do this. Sorry to also disappoint all the webmasters where I was helping out but I think I'm not much of use anymore there as well. I want to focus on things which gives me joy and that is the clan I really liked what we have achieved the last weeks, I've never seen our clan so interested in changing things and I want to focus more on this as it's way more important to me.
Over the next few days, I will remove any Nuke related things from this site. This means I will close the PHP-Nuke / Nuke-Evolution Forum, remove the scripts from the download section, remove affiliates and web links etc. This site will provide only UT related stuff.
About my Site Map Module, I'm not sure what I will do with it as of yet. I probably will release another version to update the license and some other small changes. Is Nuke-Evolution still allowed to include my work? So far, yes but there might be a chance that I revoke some of my work for example the Site Map Module, RSS modifications and other bits of my work. Though, most is provided as is, for free with no support anymore so it's not too bad for the project if at all.
About GT-NExtGEn, I also was working on an Evo version and as you can see on this site, it works over 90 % now as it should. Though, I'm not sure if I will release it, probably not but time will say. I also wanted to enhance GT-NExtGEn by make it more search engine friendly like having the topic name from the forums as the link so for example this topic would look like:
/ftopic-Nuke_Support_entirely_stopped.html
Of course, this would be expanded to all the other modules like the Content, Reviews, Downloads etc.
On another note, I was working on various enhancements for Nuke-Evolution recently which I have entirely stopped. Those things won't be provided for Nuke-Evolution even though it's almost finished. So sorry to those I have made some promises that this will be included soon such as phpBB upgrade, general upgrade improvements, enhancing changelogs (make them more clear for the public readers to understand the changes and new features etc.), documentations such as new abstraction layer conversion, some more detailed feature help and other little documentations which were more or less finished...
Why do I mention all the unfinished work? Well, since I'm not motivated to go on with those things (well I will make it for myself ) I think it's worth to mention at least the work which has been put into it so far. And again, maybe I'll release it but don't wait for it.
I want to thank all those people with whom I had the chance to work with on various sites. I could learn quite a lot and it was a lot of fun in the first place. I also want to thank the clan for all the help they provide recently which makes me really happy and also made this decision far easier for me.
Well, have fun Nukies
