New Downloads module for our site

Heya
As I promised, I have ported over a new downloads module which didn't work for this CMS out of the box anymore. I really like this download module and it will fix some issues I've noticed with the current built-in downloads module. Though there is one downside to it, namely it will make the site slower. I've noticed that this module uses a lot of database queries. I might be able to reduce it a bit but I don't have a hurry here. I think even though it uses too many queries, it's still ok at least for a site we're using here so I'll try it and see how it goes.
New features for the users:
Basically there aren't many new features to what we had before. The base is more or less the same but you can rate for certain downloads again (we used to have that already with an older version of our site) and give comments, you should be able to upload new downloads on your own with admin approval which would help me to get more downloads for our site without the need of me. The module just has more details compared to the old one so I hope you like it as well
