Unfortunately my german version is censored, after the newest patch (v3369 ?) i can't set the gore level anymore. I don't mind in normal games, but it's annoying in INV. Even with changing that value it doesn't work. |

| I'm pretty sure that if you would change it to English, it would you allow to change gore level too. |

hmm I have the german version, too.

I tried it again: when I set the game to the international version I can set full gore level, but of course with English game menus. In previous versions I only had to edit the file ..\UT2004\System\engine.det to have German menus and full gore, unfortunately it doesn't work anymore 
BTW: The menu item "violence level" is missed in the German version after the last patch, there's only a blank field. I don't like censoring  |

Probably they had to fix that glitch with recent version. Well, I like to have it English anyway so I also can use full gore.
There is most likely a crack available so you can remove gore and keep German. |

I know there's a crack for full gore level, but I don't want to use it. I often have a bad feeling when using cracks - afraid of trojan horses and such stuff 
I'm going to use English menus now and see how it'll work. |
