This forum is storing all user comments from our Knowledge Base articles as well as a link to the specific article. All user comments will be stored in the specific KB topic.

How to access the KB?:

If you like to submit an article you have to choose the appropriate category first (you cannot submit articles in the Knowledge Base index so choose a category first).

Now, click on the 'Submit an article' link beside the 'Search' link above.

Enter all information you want to add, select the appropriate type below and preview your article and hit submit if you are happy with it.

Depending on the forums set up, you have to wait until an admin has approved your article or it will be uploaded directly and will be available to the publics after you've submitted it.

Some additions:

The KB mod has some nice features such as breaking up an article into pages. You also can index your article. How do we do that? Following you will find an example:

Note that if you are going to preview such articles, you won't see the toc and the page breaks yet unfortunately. This will be generated after submitting the article. I cannot change that unfortunately but it's a powerful feature IMO.
