You've already played it on our server: the remake of Scorpio's favourite map .
Well, the main design is like the original one, I removed alot of bugs from it (i.e. bots should work much better now) and added some new stuff. Maybe you have some ideas about the new jumppads in the upper area or about the lower small platform in the centre which is pretty useless ATM.
I wouldn't like to change the moving fences though, I like them and it took a long time to make them work like they do (including sound and emitter effects).

IMO you should change the pathnodes. ATM it's way to easy to capture the flag (if you do it right a capture doesn't even take 15 sec). Yet I'm not sure about the solution of this problem. Maybe you could set the pathnodes at the upper platforms in the middle...

I think the fences are a good idea. Though, last time I've noticed that I died alot because of it. If you jump in it and it moves in your direction, you usually die which was a bit annoying sometimes.
About the jump pads and elevators at the base. Well, I've already mentioned while playing that I think you should remove it or at least change something there. I've seen that this map only will be played with those things now which is a bit boring IMO and kills the idea of the map somehow. I would say, either remove the elevators/jump pads at all or change it so that you cannot use them that fast anymore so people are forced to not only use that way. I like the platform above though.
All in all, I like the textures quite a lot and it's a nice remix of the map  |

well my opinion maybe not that good cause i just seem to love every veriation of WOOT I will try to be ojective do i already think the map is great! excluding some of the fence bugs not that you die when you stand inbetwen them but that there able to move you when you stand against them... maybe a bloking volume will solve this problem.
K the uper jump pads ...hmmm not sure i was having so much fun playing i dont even know were they go i suspect to the other uper platform..maybe they can jump to the lower platform of the other base so you jump down over thebig middel platform to your own base but you still have to walk to your own flag...this will i think keep the balance. cause you cen get shot faster and it will take more time to return a flag.
Bout the lower platform i really hope you get a way up from there or at least a way out of thare or at the very least a group photo of our team members of eS some info on clan wars andsite link a screen shot of our site a nice es story....all of that a eS me exibit if you will. nice way to deal with a unused space maybe make a halway to more info and such. fun to make and gives the map a extra promotion thingy for eS  |

About the fences: this are mover with the current setting "crush when encrouch", that means you'll be killed when you walk between them, it seemed to be more realistic. Well I can change it to "ignore when encrouch". You'll find such movers in CTF-Grendelkeep, the lifts from the base: when a lift is up and you stay under it, the lift platform goes right through your model, I don't like this behaviour much though.
I could change the directions of the movers so noone can get squeezed, I try to show it.
ATM the fences move like this:
1st position: _______[X][X]_______
2nd position: [X]______________[X]
You can get squeezed in the first position between both fences.
Possible other movement:
1st position: [X]_______[X]_______
2nd position: _______[X]_______[X]
Hope you see what I mean. |

What do you think about the following:
I remove the upper platform's jumppads and add teleporters there. As their destinations I want to use the platform in the middle between the bases. This way is longer than the actual one which makes capturing a bit harder.
Also I thought about transparent rotating cylinders with one opening around these teleporters, so you sometimes have to wait a bit until you can walk into them. |

| It's difficult to imagine how this will play afterwards especially in regards with more than one player. So I would say, if you think it's a good idea and it doesn't take you too much time to change it that way, I just would give it a try so we can take a look how that plays. |

does not sound that great to me... and I dont think its makes capping harder its way easy to shoot ppl that go in a straight line its much harder to shoot ppl using teleporters well if you wanna give it a try sure but for now i dont feel its gonna be what you've hoped for. Keep it up tho  |

Hello, I want to finish my actual maps and so I made a new beta of our .
There aren't that much changes, but I hope you'll like the new version.
I removed the jumppads from the areas above the bases and added teleporters with a kind of rotating door there (look at the attached picture). Jumppads were added to the lower middle platform and finally I changed the jump destinations from the middle platform to the 2 high platforms - it's more dangerous now because the destinations are closer to the nice spikes
About the teleporters: if you go into them you'll be teleported to the lower middle platform, and after jumping to the middle you have to go to the higher spiked platform and from there back to the base - IMO opponents have enough time for aiming and shooting  |

It's a pity that this rotating mover doesn't work correctly in online games. I've no idea how to fix this, it seems to be a problem with the collision rendering of this static mesh.
Scorp or Lom wanted to keep this cylinder without rotation and the opening of it at the backside. I like this idea and can change it today. Are there still any other wishes? I don't want to upload a beta 3 version without changes you'd like to have  |

...maybe less tricky jump pads on the lower platform, the special escape is a bit 2 slow for my liking.
I would like it so that you "could" jump right away on the next jump pad your in the air a long way any how so there is enough places you can stop the thief  |
