Heya 
As you can see, I have converted the site (well more or less  ) and already opened it again.
The site should be faster, should have less bugs (though, I still need to work on some things) and has many more useful features. Stuff which we haven't used or not much has been removed. Might be added again if we see any use for it.
First I suggest you to have a look again at your profile. During the conversion, some characters didn't get converted properly and thus we have some weird posts and usually in the signatures. I'll try to fix those posts. In your profile you have a lot more options now to it up to your needs. Play around a bit until you feel comfortable with it. There are a few enhanced features available such as the time management and many features got a toggle. Take a look here for you forum profile:
Other than that, the forum has a few new features but many of those new features are for the admin really to manage it more easily. The layout of certain things have been changed but not that much. I guess you will notice it on your own
As you can see at the bottom (footer) of our website, the site is using a cache system. So if you think something isn't looking right in the forums such as missing topics/posts or other strange behaviours, then click on that link. You can also find it in the navigation menu under the 'Main' section.
There are currently 2 themes installed. I haven't had more time to convert other themes and I think I won't add that many themes anymore because it gives me a lot of work and most don't use another theme than the default anyway. At least for the beginning it should be fine
Some blocks have been replaced but they will keep the functionality of the old ones. I hope you like them There is a new block called
«eS][Admin» which should be only accessible by clan members. There you can go to the Webadmin of our UT Game Servers. Let me know if that works fine for you. The Forum Center block has been replaced with a scrolling block which you now see on the right site on the main page. Let me know if it's better or if we should use to old one again. The downloads block has been optimized and I've made it's own block now out of it. The surveys block, well the whole module actually, has been enhanced as you may see yourself
The rest is more or less the same because that's custom stuff we used on the old site as well. A few things might not work right now and I'm still working on quite a few things. Until everything is working properly again, it'll take a few weeks I guess but you shouldn't notice that much of problems. If you do though, please post a message over here, thanks:
So far, as announced already, the Uploads module doesn't work yet. I hope this will be solved soon though because it's a pretty neat addon for our site. The downloads are still available though which you currently have in your folders. I don't know about the donations block but probably it still won't work lol so this needs testing. Also the Arcade section needs testing but I hope it works without issues.
Feel free to browse around and see what is new. Comments, suggestions, critics or other ideas are always welcome. Please let me know if you find anything which we should add (again) or if something isn't working like it should, thanks.

Looking great! Thanks for the effort! 
Found two small bugs already though:
- The 'Last 10 Messages' block on the right side of the mainpage is empty.
- Tried changing my profile, but I got this message: 'Sorry, this site, does not accept user older than 0 years old'. Foetuses only?  |

Try to clear the cache (Main Menu -> Main -> Update Cache). If that doesn't work then clear your cookies. It works fine for me both in IE and FF.

Grrr, looks like the birthday mod isn't compatible with the latest phpBB version anymore  Well, I've found another one and I try to install it now |

| Ok, the birthday mod should work now. You have to set your birthday again because it's a new mod. The profile updating should be solved now as well because of that |

Tried updating my cache before I posted, but that didn't work. I tried a hard refresh now and that worked. Don't think it was my cookies.
And the profile updating works now, although I too liked my new birthday. 1-1-6426. I felt so young!  |

Glad you all like it so far. There are a couple of new things which you will find after a while using the site I guess. A lot of things have been improved and optimized and it's looks a lot cleaner now I think

This is very nice I like statistics
Is the shoutbox module new? I can see messages in it only when I'm here: "Main-Home" (when using Mozilla or Firefox, with IE it's fine though). |

No, it's the same as before.
It should show it everywhere though. I don't have any problems. I still see the shouts even though I'm writting here both in IE and FF.
Have you tried to clear the cache (under Main -> Update Cache)? Maybe also try what Diddle did when he had a problem with the Forum block.
I've spotted already a few issues which I hope to have fixed soon but dunno yet. The glance (the block at the top of the forum where it says Recent Topics) doesn't work properly It doesn't show what it actually should show. It works on a fresh install of Evo but there seems to be some upgrade issues with it. Well, it's reported |
