I voted for more options, because some things I think need to be better organized.

We need people who can do something for the clan. This means recruiting new people for our clan. But if you want to accomplish this you first need to play more on public servers and show your skills. If people see you are a good/fun player they might easylier trying to find out who he/she is. So people will find our website and then maybe want to join also.

When you got more people you can appoint/volunteer for more people to do something.

If you got this a bit started everything will be running soon. More people, more playing, more fun etc.

These are my thoughts. :)

we have 2 probs one is orginasation and the second ismotivation....

IMO the joining a lader part is the best way out wil get us motivated and well we only need to sign up wewont ned much orginasation to play the matches cause there only 3 v 3 ifthis is not good enough for you lomb I ask for maybe a elite eS team of 3 ppl can join a lader? make a name must be the 3 best players i think if they can work together...I would love to join this elite eS group and start up a lader...just a thought

I think we should join a ladder......but, I dont think we should make an elite team, thats not going motivate anyone except the 3 people in the team, and other people, like me :P are gonna get less motivated....everyone should have a chance to play....lets not make this so competative that we leave people out all the time ;) as that will be worse imo

Think we need a ladder, so that we get the best of clan wars and organized ladders together, ladders are the same as clan wars, except with a ladder! imo our best choice, I think the forced structure will help allot to bring eS working together better and being more organized

I agree that we need new memebers, alwayz, but we really need to focus on the members that are here now, and making sure they are all happy.....of course I dont mean stop recruiting, but theres stuff we need to do for the current members atm
