I think we should join a ladder......but, I dont think we should make an elite team, thats not going motivate anyone except the 3 people in the team, and other people, like me :P are gonna get less motivated....everyone should have a chance to play....lets not make this so competative that we leave people out all the time ;) as that will be worse imo

Think we need a ladder, so that we get the best of clan wars and organized ladders together, ladders are the same as clan wars, except with a ladder! imo our best choice, I think the forced structure will help allot to bring eS working together better and being more organized

I agree that we need new memebers, alwayz, but we really need to focus on the members that are here now, and making sure they are all happy.....of course I dont mean stop recruiting, but theres stuff we need to do for the current members atm

Yeah that's true about those 2 factors. I think I really need someone who can assist me also so I can discuss certain things. It's really difficult for me to get things going because I do everything on my own and don't have someone who I can work with like before. This drags the clan quite a bit IMO. So, I would be glad to get a co-admin again but that one needs to spend quite a lot of time which noone has as it looks like...

About the motivation, that's true as well. I see that the motivation goes away a bit but it's not something which really surprises me. UT is getting older and we are somehow stuck. But I have quite a lot of motivation again actually as I really like to get things moving.

About splitting the members so they can start with a ladder or other tourney, well I have thought about it as well. It has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage would be for those who more like to play competitive, they could start and see how it goes etc., try to become a real team. It might be then possible to include more members and join bigger ladders if it works like we want. The motivation should come back then but only if we don't loose too much.

The disadvantage is what miszt says as well. This could demotivate all the other members who aren't selected for the competitive team which might be wrong as well. At least, we need to give the members enough time so they can prepare themselves before we select people.

I still think we should start with playing a bit more together on the publics, this will also give us team play experience IF the people actually play together. Then lets get in touch with a few clans and prepare a few friendlies. We also see better if people really want to play competitive. Again, this will need A LOT of your free time if you want to come anywhere.
